"We just contracted The Brothers that just do Gutters and couldn't be happier with their work.  I found the website for The Brothers that just do Gutters while I was researching seamless gutters on the internet.  I filled out the "Request a Quote Online" and was contacted promptly and professionally by email.  First impression ...  good! 

I had met with a total of five gutter companies, each having similar products and cost.  However, there were several points that helped me make my decision to go with The Brothers that just do Gutters.  As I mentioned, the first impression was good.  Additionally, Jonathan (the brother that handled our job) was not only extremely professional ... but I also felt that he was a very honest and warm person (for lack of a better word).  He was more than willing to answer and clarify any questions I had ... and I felt confident that I could trust what he was saying.  I also liked the fact that the company is run by brothers and that they are involved with every aspect of the job.  Not only did Jonathan come out to bid on the job, he was also part of the crew who installed the gutters. 

However, what really sold me, was when Jonathan was writing up our price quote in his truck, he noticed my 81 year old neighbor out on a ladder looking at his gutter.  Unbeknown to me, Jonathan went over to see if he could help.  He determined that my neighbor's gutter needed some type of bracket.  He then proceeded to go to his truck, get a bracket and install it for my neighbor.  I did see my neighbor try to give Jonathan a tip, which he wouldn't accept. 

For me, choosing to work with a contractor who not only does quality work, but who I could tell was a good, honest and caring person, made me feel confident in my choice.  I would highly recommend The Brothers that just do Gutters to anyone who is in the market for gutter work.
