Angie's List Super Service Award
Super Service Award
The Super Service Award is given to companies that have achieved and maintained a superior service record on Angie's List. Approximately 5% of companies on Angie's List meet the minimum eligibility requirements to be considered. Eligibility requirements include maintaining an "A" rating overall, receiving a minimum number of reports and not have been in the "Penalty Box" for failure to respond to an Angie's List member's complaint.
"Angie's List is equally great as it is scary," says Chief Solutionist Ryan Parsons. "The reason it's great is because all the reviews are created by members and the contractor(us) cannot change or remove any reviews, even if they are negative or untrue. We can only post a response." The reason it's scary is for the exact same reason."

I had the gutters that were on the house replaced with new gutters with screens and the areas of the house without gutters, had new gutters with screens installed.

These guys are the best! I was referred to them by a friend and they did a great job! I had two other estimates and these guys came in and beat both with, what my husband and I believed was a better quality product! They were here and finished the job in an afternoon and agreed to take my personal check as payment in full. The day they came, I had to run out and pick up my youngest son at camp so I wasn't here to hand them the check when they left. I called them and they told me to simply drop it in the mail. No worries. I couldn't believe it! What a pleasure to do business with! I have recommended them to everyone when people ask me who replaced our gutters. My cousin and her husband in Putnam County just used them for their new gutters on a home they had built. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! |
