Ken & Ryan worked diligently to grow the business in New York, while putting together a strategy to expand into other territories. The Brothers main focus was on customer service and business systems. Over 10 years of experience has helped them put together systems for every aspect of their business, from the Six Easy Steps to a Happy Home, to how the installers approach each project.Combining the systems, attention to customer service and the unique “Brothers” branding produced a formula for growth. In 2009 “The Brothers” were finally ready to expand into other areas and Jonathan Mellett was the eager partner we were looking for. A native of Georgia, Jeremiah graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in history. After his baseball playing days were over in 2003 he began his coaching career at Young Harris College in GA. After six years of coaching college baseball at Young Harris and Liberty University, Jeremiah began to explore different career options to stay in Lynchburg. As many Libertarians’ often experience, he grew to love the fast growing area of Central Virginia. In 2008, Jeremiah threw his coaching career in the gutter, literally to start his own gutter company in Lynchburg. After studying the gutter industry and working with “The Brothers” for a little over a year he began his journey as a businessman. With six years of college coaching experience, Jeremiah has ingrained the value of discipline, hard work, and the importance of working together as a team whether on the field or in business with “The Brothers that just do Gutters“.
