Nick and Brandi Schindler
As an accomplished businesswoman, Brandi started a cosmetology college with her husband immediately upon graduating from the University of Dayton. Combining her passion for education and keen financial acuity, with her love of helping others, Brandi was able to grow and develop the college into a top provider in Ohio.
After twenty-three successful years, she is now excited to embark on a new adventure with The Brothers that just do Gutters. Brandi is excited about how the franchise offers employees a clear path to developing their careers and fully invests in them so that they provide our customers the highest level of service.
Brandi is a proud mama of two amazing children and spends her free time in the garden, with her chickens or bees, volunteering at her church, or offering preventative seminars on human trafficking. She is highly ethical, hard-working, results-driven, and dedicated to doing whatever it takes to make the company and those around her successful.
Seeing a business grow and prosper by delivering the highest level of customer service is what keeps Nick motivated throughout his long career of entrepreneurship and consulting. After graduating from the University of Dayton, he started his career in international trade and finance. Then, at the age of twenty-five —with no knowledge of the beauty industry— he opened a cosmetology college with his wife. Together, they wore every hat, drafted every policy, procedure, and form, and grew it into a multi-location, multi-million-dollar company. Nick has successfully consulted numerous companies, finished his first novel and is now excited to own The Brothers that just do Gutters franchise in The Miami Valley. He believes in its mission of Reinventing Contractor Service and is excited to facilitate the mission by engendering a family environment that fosters teamwork, ingenuity, and a customer-centric culture. Nick loves his family, is a man of faith, and looks to utilize the franchise to continue his longstanding commitment to giving back. He conducts business by his mission statement of Lifting Up Others; along with ingenuity, teamwork, and outperforming the competition.
