Our Estimate Process

We want to invest as much time in you as you plan to invest in us. We want to personally meet you, the homeowner, and assess your needs and wants to better understand the scope of your project. By meeting with you and discussing your needs, we can better find the right solution. We provide comprehensive estimates with (before and after) photos, and job notes as a commitment to our five-star contractor service and to you, our client.

Product Quality

When servicing our customers, quality is our primary focus in every aspect of our work. We are constantly researching and updating our products. As soon as we learn about an improved or stronger product of any form than what we are currently using, we introduce it to our product list. We pride ourselves on using high quality aluminum and materials (even our hangers and screws are high quality!)

Our Training

Each installer is directly employed and trained by The Brothers that just do Gutters requiring participation in a four-stage training program. This program includes up to 5 hours each week of classroom time, fieldwork, bookwork, and safety training. Their training is then continued under the supervision of a senior head installer until they have completed all training levels and are able to operate as a manager of their own crew. All installers are covered by workman’s compensation and receive their OSHA 10 certificate.

Warranties

Contractor guarantees that the work will be constructed in accordance with accepted home improvement practices, and it will guarantee against any defects in workmanship/labor for a period of five (5) years from the date of its completion and a twenty (20) year material warranty. This Limited Warranty is subject to the terms, exclusions and limitations set forth in the annexed Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty for installation/labor can be extended for an additional five (5) years, for a total of ten (10) years, upon the purchase and installation of an approved gutter guard system. The gutter guard system must be purchased through and installed by the Brothers Gutters.

Installation & Scheduling

As important as finding the best solution for each project is to us, meeting your scheduling needs and making sure the installation process goes as smoothly as possible for you, is equally as important. While our jobs are highly dependent on weather, keeping your scheduled dates and times is important to us. So is clearly explaining all costs and work to be done, using insured and trained crews, respecting your property, and giving you an opportunity to survey your experience following the completion of your job. We want the process to be as stress free for you as possible, with a goal of negating and reinventing the contractor experience you are used to.

The Guild Quality Big 50 Service Excellence Award is the most coveted recognition a contractor can receive, and we are honored to have gained this recognition. The Super Service Award from Angie’s List is awarded for maintaining an overall “A” approval rating for the year, which The Brothers have received each year since 2010. The Chamber of Commerce also recognized The Brothers that just do Gutters with a “Think Local First” award for our dedication to community involvement.
