When you hire a company to do a job, you expect all to go well and "perfectly" in order to obtain a 5-star review. And when something does not go well and "perfectly", it's what a company does after to remedy the situation that determines whether a 5-star is justified. And that is the case with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters.We decided to use The Brothers That Just Do Gutters after talking with them several times at the OKC Home & Garden Shows. We did not feel we were getting the high-pressure sales pitch that we felt from other companies we spoke with. Unfortunately, our install did not go well. We had a home inspector and a roofer come out and verify that what we were seeing was incorrect. When I called the salesperson (can't recall his name), he was apologetic and very responsive. He and the owner, Brian, immediately began to find out what happened, addressed it with the installers, and worked with our roofing company to correct the problem. Brian personally came out to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied with the job. One year and several heavy downpours later, the gutters are performing well! And that is why they earned a 5-star review with us!

My experience was great from start to finish. They were quick to contact me for a quote and quick to schedule once I accepted the quote. I even had to wait a couple weeks before accepting, they only reached out once to see if I was still interested, I told them the date in which I could accept and they were very patient. Once I was scheduled they reached out again to inform me that an even sooner date was available, I was very happy to get the project done sooner than expected! The gutters look great and all of their placement recommendations look amazing, the crew was also very nice and quick with the install. I think the price is worth what you get with this local company, considering it also comes with a good warranty. Would definitely recommend!

within 4 hrs they contacted us to give an estimate, price was fair.and helped us pick a color that we was going to match our new paint color for the eaves on the house . was willing to let us paint first before install. super nice and very professional service. gave us notice when they could come and time , when the installers came they knocked on the door to let us know they was there . super nice and friendly. cleaned up all the mess and looks great . would recommend them any time . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Perfection! I wasn't there during installation and didn't see it until the next day. They did an amazing job. I couldn't have wanted it any other way. I chose the flat black. It's the perfect shade to match with wrought iron. It was extremely affordable. Professionally installed, no supervision needed. With my schedule, that's a bonus.Thanks Brothers!

You need to use these brothers to install your gutters. I highly recommend them for their quality of work, price, and showing up on time. If you don't know much about gutters then you need to make sure to use a company that will do it correctly, because believe me when I say I have seen a lot of cheap installs that cause all kinds of drainage issues and water damage. Don't go for the cheapest price—not when you are talking about your home.

New houses are not built with gutters all the way around, builders try to save money...I contacted the Brothers for an estimate to install gutters around the full perimeter of our house. They came out quickly, discussed thoroughly what they planned to do and gave very detailed explanations.We wanted to incorporate 2 rain barrels as well. They suggested we buy those ourselves as it would be less expensive, but they would tie them into the gutter system. How about that? A vendor that saves you money!When they came out to do the work, they were prompt, professional and polite. They weren't able to complete it the first day as high-winds made it impossible to install the long spans. They made us a priority and were back out the next morning and completed the job.Very happy with the work. Looks great. I highly recommend them.

We replaced all of the guttering on our 3200 square foot home. The facia needed to be replaced. We didn't know that the Brothers did that, but they do and they did a beautiful job. After my husband painted it, they installed the gutters. They look fabulous mainly because the Brothers are so professional and take pride in their work. The young men that did our work are Stephen, Dylan, Chase and Ethan. You might ask for them. I would give them ten stars instead of five, but five is all we're allowed.

Great Company. From Chris who did estimate, too Rhett, Stephen, & Nick who installed gutters they did a great job. Only company I spoke with that recommended 6” gutters without prompting. They all showed up when they stated they would, and did top notch work. They were professional, friendly, and thorough. Chris responded immediately to my urgent request for gutters and leaf guards for a unique area outside my dance room which had been damaged by leaks. He thoughtfully studied the situation and consulted other professionals. He came up with a great plan and did very nice installation and cleaned everything up. Had a relatively small job to do installing gutter guards. Due to the location under our pergola, 2 or 3 other companies told us there was no way to do the installation. The Brothers came out and said, no problem. We can do it! Stephen and his coworker came out today and went above and beyond doing the install. They installed 2 x gutters with downspouts on my workshop. Very clean, excellent customer service. Colby, Rhett, and Stephen were very communicative, didn't waste any material (which was very impressive) and they ensured high quality craftsmanship. They answered all questions I had. The biggest thing which stood out to me I explained to Stephen, was the complete opposite attitude and language most blue collar workers exhibit. Can't say enough good things about these guys. Dylan arrived for the estimate appointment early, thoroughly explained what he thought I needed, and compiled his estimate. It was almost exactly half of what another contractor quoted me. He got me an installation appointment 3 days later, the team was on time, professional, and completed our gutter installation in a few hours. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
