Will I be provided with some kind of training and if so what kind of training?
Yes we provide all training. Training will be for 1 month. It will include classroom training on all technology, product knowledge, and learning our sales process. Other training will be hands on doing ride alongs with sales staff and also going out to observe our installation processes.
Will I be working alongside a team or individually?
You will work with a sales team and also work as an individual.
Is there potential for growth?
Growth is determined by how hungry an individual is to make sales happen. Sales are generated by the company, however sales people are expected to bring in self-generated sales also.
What are the daily hours?
This is a full time position! Hours can vary because our business is seasonal. If we were to average it out throughout the course of a year anywhere from 40-50hrs per week. This also depends on the individual and what their goals are.
What if I don’t have any experience?
We have trained many sales people who know nothing about gutters and they have become successful.
Is this position seasonal?
The position is full time all year, our business does slow down in the winter depending on the weather.
Do you provide a car, gas card or mileage compensation?
We provide a car, gas card, and wear and tear vehicle maintenance expenses.
