Lacy’s career includes many years as a corporate sales executive in the travel industry and she is also a successful multi-business owner. She runs a popular catering company and a personal touch service where she organizes the lives of busy professionals and executives.

Having been happily married for 37 wonderful years, Joe and Lacy are the proud parents of 2 wonderful children and grandparents to 2 amazing granddaughters whom they dote on in their leisure time. Joe continues to play his music and is an avid golfer.

How It All Began

Ken Parsons started his own gutter contractor company called Waterfall Seamless Gutters in 1999 after leaving the teaching industry. His younger brother, Ryan Parsons, joined him in 2002 after the Graphic Design company he worked for crashed. They changed the company name to Water-flow Gutter Solutions in 2006 before settling on “The Brothers that just do Gutters” in 2009. The name change came from a radio ad that the Brothers ran, which was liked so much that they adopted it as their official name. As a result, Ken Parsons became the Senior Solutionist©, and Ryan Parsons became the Chief Solutionist©.

The Brothers that just do Gutters have been in the gutter contractor business for over 15 years. Their success is due to their customer-focused approach. They offer a range of services such as installations, cleaning, and repairs in a niche industry of seamless rain gutters and leaf guards. By focusing their efforts on gutter systems and guards, they have been able to grow the reliability of their services and offer only the best products to their clients. Their efforts in adaptation and determination have led to their success in the industry.
