Meet Ross Miller, the proud owner of The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in South Jersey, NJ. Ross spent much of his childhood with his Grandpa, who was a skilled carpenter by trade.

They would spend their days at the job sites and Ross loved every minute of it! His grandfather taught him about construction, timelines, finances, and people. Though Ross went on to spend 25 years in the technical sales industry, he never forgot those days with his grandpa at the job sites and had carried a secret wish to return to the home improvement sector and run his own business. Through his many years of successfully managing large companies and continually driving their growth forward, that faint whisper never left Ross.

Today, Ross has realized that dream and is ecstatic to welcome you to his company, The Brothers that just do Gutters of South Jersey. Ross aligns perfectly with The Brothers that just do Gutters’ values; to invest in his employees and provide each one of his clients with a five-star experience while growing the business based on honesty, integrity, and transparency. Ross is genuine in his efforts to change the existing industry narrative by using industry-led, hands-on training, utilizing the finest materials available to them, and providing exemplary customer service to each client, thus reinventing contractor service.

Ross has lived in South Jersey for the last 20+ years and he has strong connections to both the Camden and Atlantic Counties and their surrounding areas. His loving wife of 23 years, Lori, was born and raised in South Jersey. Their two daughters, Hannah and Abby, are both currently attending college.

TOMMY BROGDEN – GENERAL MANAGER

Meet Tommy Brogden, the General Manager of the South Jersey The Brothers that just do Gutters location. Tommy possesses extensive experience in marketing and though he earned promotion after promotion in the corporate world, he had always felt a longing to run his own company. So, he started Tommy’s All in One Property Maintenance service and for many years, he steadily grew his company and catered to his clients. Tommy wore every hat and played every role in his company. His days were very busy and very long. After receiving sage advice from industry veterans, Tommy decided to specialize in just one area. After careful consideration, he chose his favorite service: gutter installation, repair, and cleaning and after 10+ years as a gutter specialist, he had become an expert in the industry. Once Tommy learned about The Brothers That Just Do Gutters, it was a natural, easy and exciting move for Tommy and he became the General Manager of the South Jersey location. Tommy is proud to serve the South Jersey home improvement market and is actively helping to reinvent contractor service one client at a time!

How It All Began

In 1999 Ken Parsons had just left the teaching industry and started his own gutter contractor company under the name Waterfall Seamless Gutters. In 2002 Ken’s younger brother, Ryan Parsons, accepted a job on the truck with Ken after the Graphic Design company he was working for crashed. In 2006 the Brothers briefly changed their name to Water-flow Gutter Solutions before finally becoming “The Brothers that just do Gutters” in 2009. The name we all know and love came from a radio ad the Brothers ran just a couple years prior to the change. Everyone who heard it liked it so much they thought it was the company name so Ken and Ryan stopped fighting it and adopted the name. With the name change came a few title changes as well. We decided we no longer wanted to be salesman, presidents or owners but rather Solutionists©, which embodied what we represent to our clients. Ken Parsons was re-entitled Senior Solutionist©, and Ryan Parsons became Chief Solutionist©.

Being in the gutter contractor business for over 15 years was an effort of adaptation and determination. We have been able to be successful for so long because we made our main focus the customer. The Brothers that just do Gutters offer a wide variety of installations, cleaning and repairs in a small niche industry of seamless rain gutters and leaf guards. We have been able to grow the reliability of our services and offer only the best products by focusing all our effort on gutter systems and guards.
