Since the start of our business in 1999 our goal has always been to be the very best gutter contractor of our territory. As we began work to make that a reality, we realized we were creating a franchise model and we didn’t even know it. The idea of becoming a nationwide gutter contractor was born out of this epiphany.

As of 2015, we are officially launching the franchise and looking for candidates wanting to use our methods and practices to invest in qualified territories. Our idea of a franchisee is the person who isn’t just looking for a job that pays well, but rather is looking for an opportunity to join a growing business and make an impact your local community. If that sounds like you we’d love to hear from you. The first step is to get to know the heart of our business practices. Q.) Who are The Brothers?

A.) The Brothers are Ken and Ryan Parsons, a former teacher and graphic designer turned family business owners. Ken started the business in 1999 and Ryan became a partner in 2003.

Q.) Will The Brothers be there if I need help?

A.) Yes. We will always be there and continue to give you the help and resources you need. As long as you follow the business plan you shouldn’t need much help other than what we will always be giving you. (Marketing, Call Center, etc.)

Q.) If I have some ideas for business practices that differ from the plan provided for me, am I allowed to implement them on my own?

A.) We have molded and shaped our business practices since 1999 and firmly believe in the developed methods, plans and practices. That doesn’t mean we are not open to hearing new ideas. If you have an idea for a way we can improve our plan, we are happy to discuss it.

Q.) How do I know if my area is a qualified territory?

A.) Determining a qualified territory is completed through several qualifying metrics. Our goal is to have 250,000-450,000 owner-occupied dwellings. This typically is accomplished in a 50 mile radius or less and a total population of 800,000. The other metrics we look for are homeowners over the age of 35 with incomes of $60,000 or more.

Q.) How much money can I expect to make?

A.) Our business plan puts you on a path to figure that out for yourself. It all depends on your effort in investing yourself in the business and following the best practices. The more committed you are to your business the more you will get out of it.

Q.) Do I need to be a college graduate?

A.) We consider all qualified candidates. Not being a college graduate will not discredit you from becoming a franchisee. It depends on you and how invested you are in learning to become a successful business professional.

Q.) Do I have to be a gutter expert?

A.) Definitely not. We will give you all the training you’ll need to know the ins and outs of the gutter trade.

Q.) What is the process in becoming a franchisee?

  3. When you receive the package in the mail, complete it and send it back to us.
  4. If we like what we receive then we will contact you to come in for training.

Q.) What qualifies a franchisee as a possible candidate?

A.) The Brothers want someone who is looking to learn. You don’t have to know the installation process of a gutter system or the best business practices, you just need to be a candidate who believes in our model and practices. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and hungry in investing in the business practices to becoming a business owner – not just someone looking to get a job.
